If the product was broken on the shipping way. Please e-mail us with clear photos and we will ship a new one to you for free.
If the product is damaged (Artificial damage excepted) or faded in future. We will ship a new one to you at anytime! Lifetime warranty. Just e-mail us!
Since this product is a customized product. So individual products may vary due to production processes. If you want to cancel the order, please connect with us within 12 hours, and those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee. If the order has been over 12 hours, we will be unable to cancel the order for you, because the factory will be producing your product.

CANCELLATION POLICY
